Freshman Sandor Rene Rodriguez sparked an 8-0 run in the second half that rallied the Sharks to a 50-45 come from behind victory over San Lorenzo Valley in SCCAL play. Rodriguez ended the game with 4 points, 3 steals, and 4 assists. Mark Hinojosa led St. Francis with 19 points and 7 rebounds while Matt Clifton scored 9 points and Cooper Scherr added 8 points. The Sharks are now 9-4 on the season and 2-1 in SCCAL play.
