St. Francis rallied in the second half but fell short in a 52-44 loss at Soquel. The Sharks were led in scoring by Mark Hinojosa with 12 points and Sandor Rene Rodriguez with 9 points. Matt Clifton chipped in 6 points for the visiting Sharks. Brian Dobler pulled in 6 rebounds for St. Francis while Rodriguez, Cooper Scherr, and Hinojosa each grabbed 5 rebounds.
