The JV Lady Sharks played their most consistent basketball game to defeat Santa Cruz, 52-28. Ashlind Martinez played extremely well on both sides of the court and led the Sharks in scoring with 17 points. Mackensie Mitchell and Laura Martinelli scored 10 and 9 points, respectively, while Alyssa Soto played her best game of the year and scored six points. The Lady Sharks are 17-4 on the year, and wrap up their season on the road at Aptos on Friday, Feb. 14.
