The Varsity played at Scotts Valley High this afternoon and won 4-3 in a very tight match. The doubles all lost close matches and three of the four singles won. So the match came down to the to the 3rd singles match featuring Senior Izzy Shahmirza, who had split the first two sets and had to play a third set where she prevailed, 6-2, giving St Francis the win and boost their overall record to 4-1.
