Sharks Men's Basketball Beats Santa Cruz 72-62

Congratulations to the Men's Basketball team on their 72-62 win over Santa Cruz in front of a packed Borina Athletic Center. The Sharks pulled to an early 21-11 lead and then Santa Cruz roared back to take a halftime lead. The 2nd half was close all the way until the final minutes when St. Francis pulled away.
 
Leading the way in scoring for the Sharks was Chase Watkins with 29 points, Jason Gallo had 18, Andrew Seymour hit from downtown for 15 points, Joseph Ramirez started the game with a 3 and finished with 5 points, EJ Kelly had 4 and Bobby Rigor came off the bench to hit a clutch free throw.
 
The Sharks are now 13-3 on the season, 5-1 in league play and now tied with Santa Cruz for first place in the SCCAL. The Sharks host SLV on Monday night at the Borina Athletic Center. Come out and support your Sharks!
