Can Freshmen attend the Winter Formal?
Yes. All students are allowed to attend this event.
What is the price of bids?
Bid Prices (two attendees):
- Purchased by or before January 11th: $65
- Purchased after January 11th: $70
Single Prices:
- Purchased by or before January 11th: $45
- Purchased after January 11th: $50
When is the last day to purchase Winter Formal bids?
Since Seascape Golf Club needs a final head count for d'oeuvres, dessert, and refreshments, the final day to purchase your bids is Wednesday, January 16th.
Where can students obtain a guest pass and when are they due?
Guest passes are available online or the main office and due to Mr. Valdivia by Wednesday, January 16th 3:oopm.

Who will chaperone at Winter Formal?
St. Francis staff members will coordinate and supervise the event.
What is the dress code for Winter Formal?
Dress for this event is semi-formal.*
Women may wear dresses or skirts past their fingertips. No sheer illusion dresses. No sheer illusion, no cut out, and no bare midriff. Backless dresses may not be lower than mid back. Strapless and spaghetti strap dresses are acceptable if well supported and not low cut. No visible cleavage. No flip flops or sport shoes.
Men must wear dress pants (no jeans or khakis), a collared long sleeve dress shirt, and tie. Sport coat is optional. No sports team clothing is allowed. Dress shoes are required. No flip flops, sandals, sneakers or sport shoes.
Students not in compliance will not be allowed in the dance until the dress code issue has been addressed.
